LGD-4033 is a non steroidal oral, selective androgen receptor modulator in healthy young people
Ligandrol (LGD-4033, VK-5211) is a new type of steroid free and oral selective androgen receptor regulator with high affinity (Kd is about 1 nM) and high selectivity to androgen receptor.
In animal models, LGD-4033 has anabolic activity in muscle, inhibition of absorption and anabolic activity in bone, and selectivity in muscle is higher than that in the former Chemicalbook gland. At the detected concentration, LGD-4033 is safe and well tolerated. Its elimination half-life is long, about 24-36 hours, showing linear pharmacokinetic characteristics.
